Tammy Perham - Board Member Tammy has decades of experience in the research, evaluation, and development of criminal justice policies and programs. She holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin and works for the City of Portland as a crime data analyst. In 2016, she moved to Lake Oswego with her husband and son. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, playing board games, and cheering on the Portland Thorns.
