Tammy Perham - Secretary Tammy has decades of experience inbresearch, evaluation, and development of criminal justice policies and programs. She holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin and works for the City of Portland as a crime data analyst. In 2016, she moved to Lake Oswego with her husband and son. In her spare time, Tammy enjoys traveling, playing board games, and cheering on the Portland Thorns.
